"Letdown"
I went with the old sizing for my latest order, but after trying on the clothes, I sent back two pieces because they were way too snug, particularly the pants. The return shipping set me back £5.45 for tracking, and another £5.00 for delivery, so that ‘extra % off code’ turned out to be a joke! Sadly, JL has lost a bit of its charm for me.

The sleeves of the dress don’t look like what’s in the picture on the website. I appreciate your response, but they’re quite different. I can send you some photos if you want. Like I mentioned, the dress itself is beautiful, but the sleeves aren’t smocked as depicted or mentioned.

"Quality Control Needs Improvement"
The blouse I received was stitched poorly around the collar. It definitely shouldn’t have been shipped out. Super disappointing. I had to send it back. Not what I expect from James Lakeland, that's for sure.
